My Story Of Self-Jean Samuel JULES

JEAN SAMUEL JULES, S.E. SYSTEM ENGINEER, With over a decade of experience in network and telecom system engineering, I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions that enhance the performance and security of network infrastructures. As the founder and CEO/CTO of NTPSAMS-TECHNOLOGY and ITC-GROUP LLC, I lead projects that provide robust and agile network solutions to our clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations.

I am also currently working as a Network and Cyber Security Engineer, a global leader in clinical research and development. In this role, I leverage my skills in troubleshooting, resolving, and managing complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. I am committed to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that help me grow professionally and as a leader in my field.

When I reflect on the moments that have shaped who I am today, I think back to my early years, filled with curiosity about how technology connects people across the world. Growing up, I didn’t have access to advanced labs or cutting-edge devices, but I had determination, imagination, and a drive to understand how systems work. Those limitations became my greatest teachers. They taught me creativity, resilience, and the power of perseverance.

One of the key challenges in my journey came when I began working in network and telecom systems engineering. Technology was rapidly evolving, and staying relevant meant constantly learning, adapting, and often solving problems that didn’t have clear answers. Later, when I founded NTPSAMS-TECHNOLOGY, I faced the challenge of building not just a company, but a vision centred on innovation, reliability, and digital transformation. Every decision I made—whether it was designing a secure infrastructure for a client or mentoring a junior engineer—was guided by a belief that technology should empower, not intimidate.

What drove me through those moments was a deep sense of purpose and integrity. I’ve always believed that our work in technology is not only about systems and codes—it’s about trust, security, and human connection. The emotion that fueled me was pride—not pride in myself, but in the solutions that make people’s lives safer and businesses stronger.

Some of the vivid moments that stand out include long nights troubleshooting critical systems, seeing a client’s relief when their network came back online, and the day I officially launched my company. I still remember the glow of my first successful system test under NTPSAMS's mall team, limited resources, but a limitless belief in what we could achieve.

Those experiences shaped not just my career, but my philosophy: Innovation is born from persistence, and leadership begins with service. Today, whether I’m presenting a proposal, guiding a project, or mentoring the next generation, I carry those lessons forward—with humility, focus, and passion for what technology can make possible.
